Qu'est-ce que DIKTAT ?

DIKTAT est un jeu de cartes strategique multijoueur en ligne et gratuit, jouable de 3 a 6 joueurs. Le but est d'accumuler le plus d'influence en creant des lois, en organisant des complots, en gerant ses jetons (Bronze, Argent, Or) et en posant des vetos pour neutraliser les actions adverses.

Comment se calcule l'influence (PI) dans DIKTAT ?

Les Points d'Influence se calculent ainsi : 1 jeton de Bronze vaut 1 PI, 1 jeton d'Argent vaut 4 PI, et 1 jeton d'Or vaut 15 PI. Le joueur qui maintient le plus haut total a la fin de la partie remporte la victoire.

Quelles sont les phases d'un tour ?

Chaque tour comporte 5 phases successives : REVENUS (collecte des revenus), PIOCHE (tirage de cartes), ACTION (jouer Proposition / Complot / Ressources), BANQUE (conversion de jetons) et CLOTURE (resolution de fin de tour, lois conditionnelles, remboursements d'emprunts).

Quels sont les types de cartes ?

Il existe 4 types de cartes : PROPOSITION (creer une loi qui s'appliquera a tous), COMPLOT (attaquer un adversaire : OPA Hostile, Faillite, Decret Executif, Speculation, Controle des Changes), RESSOURCES (Revenu de Base, Emprunt, Speculation Mineure) et VETO (annuler une action adverse).

Comment gagner une partie de DIKTAT ?

Quatre conditions de victoire existent : etre le dernier joueur non elimine, monopoliser tous les jetons d'Or de la banque, vider la pioche, ou vider completement les jetons de la banque. La victoire est evaluee en fin de tour.

Faut-il payer pour jouer a DIKTAT ?

Non, DIKTAT est entierement gratuit. Le mode multijoueur, le solo contre des bots, le tutoriel, le classement et toutes les regles sont accessibles sans paiement. Des packs cosmetiques optionnels sont disponibles pour les joueurs qui souhaitent soutenir le projet.

How to Play DIKTAT

DIKTAT is a strategic card game where each player takes on the role of a political leader. Your goal: accumulate Influence Points by managing your Bronze, Silver, and Gold tokens while sabotaging your opponents through plots and laws.

1. Income

At the start of each turn, every player receives Bronze tokens. Active economic laws can increase or decrease this income for all players.

2. Draw

Draw a card from the deck. You will discover one of four categories: Proposition (laws), Complot (attacks), Resources (economy), or Veto (defense).

3. Action

Play a card from your hand. Propose a law that will affect all players, launch a plot against an opponent, manage your resources, or keep a Veto to defend yourself.

4. Bank

Convert your tokens at the Bank: exchange Bronze for Silver, or Silver for Gold. Each conversion brings you closer to victory.

5. End of Turn

The turn ends and the next player takes over. Active laws in the Law Book continue to apply each turn.

Victory

The last player still in the game wins. A player is eliminated when they have no tokens left. Influence Points are calculated as: Bronze + (Silver x 4) + (Gold x 15).

Is DIKTAT free to play?

Yes, DIKTAT is completely free to play. Premium options are available to customize your experience (avatars, themes, badges) but offer no in-game advantage.

How many players can play?

A DIKTAT game supports 3 to 6 players. You can play against bots in solo mode or challenge real players online.

How does the ranking system work?

Each online victory earns you experience points (XP). Your rank evolves from Bronze to Grand Master based on your performance. A seasonal leaderboard rewards the best players.

Can I play on mobile?

DIKTAT is optimized for desktop browsers and tablets in landscape mode. Full mobile support is under development.
